What cannabinoids does this product measure?
In oil infusions and alcohol tinctures, tCheck is able to measure THC or CBD or THCa. Blended cannabinoids may confuse the device. With the expansion kit, tCheck is able to measure THCa dominant cannabis (marijuana) as well as CBDa dominant hemp.
Do I need an expansion kit?
If you are testing flower or concentrates (including full extract oil, wax/crumble, shatter, rosin, etc, you will need to purchase the expansion kit.
What is the accuracy of tCheck results?
When measuring oil infusions & alcohol tinctures made using isolates, tCheck is accurate to within +/- 1.5mg/ml. When measuring cannabis flower, hemp, or trim, tCheck is accurate to within +/- 3 percentage points.
Can I test infusions outside the tCheck’s measurement range?
Yes, you can. You need to dilute your infusion to a point where the tCheck can measure it.
